Car was ready when estimated and I just drove rental car to Sebago Lake Collision and they arranged return. Car looked like new, and overall, service could not have been better. Highly recommend.”

“Stopped in to get windshield wipers for my truck. I wasn't in the building for more than a minute when I was approached and offered help. A few taps on the keyboard and I knew which good, better and best wipers were available. I opted for the Buy One Get One deal and picked up a pair for half price. As I was checking out, I was offered a slice of pepperoni pizza. The manager bought two large pizzas for a crew of 3 and had plenty to share. He then installed the wipers for me, but only after I mentioned another parts store used to do it for me. I've never had any allegiances with one particular auto parts store, but this level of customer service will certainly lead me back to this business for sure.”
“I run my own mobile mechanic business called autocorrect and I’ve only used windham Napa store for all my parts for every job, the manager Tyler set me up my own account and prolink account and I love it they always are on the ball and get me what I need and take complete care of me. Tyler, Walt, Tim, and Richard are the best in the business and I wouldn’t go anywhere else they are great I go into the store multiple times a day and they are always helpful.”

“These guys are partnered with AAA.
My location was not made clear to them by AAA. (If you’re an AAA member, AAA is late in letting towers know who needs help.) these guys showed me respect, were friendly and well experienced overall. I’m a single woman in the crack of dawn waiting to get towed. I rode with them and was given the passenger seat. (There were two older guys). By body language I was given respectful space. I really felt comfortable. The 30 min drive was very steady and good. Like I said, well experience.
