Had to pick up a package on Saturday because they don’t open the lobby later than 4pm. Terribly inconvenient for those that work. Rang the bell twice while someone was coughing up a lung out back, and no one ever answered the bell or came out front for me to grab my package so I still don’t have it. If you’re sick, stay home. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a place. Terribly lazy staff. If I could’ve posted this with no star rating, I would have. Do better.

They’re always super friendly, and very helpful at this location. Since the Etna post office is out of commission this option remains very solid. Thanks. P

The delivery driver in the black truck with the white hair is beyond horrible. He’s thrown packages on my porch, mocked my dogs through the window, and just now I watched him run over my trash can at the end of the driveway. The staff in the office is always pleasant and I feel bad for them they have to listen to all the complaints I guarantee they get regarding him. He needs to be fired.

It’s extremely inconvenient to have to wait until a Saturday to get a package that I pay for because the postal worker will not deliver to my residence and the post office is only open until 4pm. Most people I know don’t get out of work until around 5 on a weeknight making Saturday the only day to pick up their items.I’ve never lived somewhere where mail/package delivery was like this before

as we all know when you buy something online you pay a fee to have it delivered. The fee is to have it delivered to your home. I ordered a package that would clearly not fit in my mailbox. Had my driveway cleared from the storm because I knew the delivery was coming that day. Yet no package was dropped. After checking with the tracking number it said that they would make an attempt today as the package was not deliver a bill yesterday. Left a note in the mailbox requesting that if it’s too fake for the mailbox to just leave it by my house instead of near the road. No box was left. After calling To see why my package wasn’t left I am told that she left it at the parcel service because she didn’t think she would have time to stop at my address. She went by my house two hours sooner than she did yesterday. She had time. I was offered to come and pick the package up. But this gets to the main point of my review. We pay for delivery service. If I did not want it delivered and I wanted to pick it up I would’ve avoided the huge delivery fee. Not impressed.

Employees at this post office need training on customer service! I left work 1 hour early so I could pick up a package they were unable to deliver. Two minutes after 4:00 I was told they couldn't help me! I explained my situation and she told me to come back on Saturday. I only hope that she is as inconvenienced as much as I was, some day !

The delivery person STILL does not drive up our driveway to deliver packages that need a signature, im guessing when they dont feel like it. Lazy, I don't get paid when I do half a job.

The Lobby is fine but.. one of the delivery drivers does not feel obligated to go up driveways in the winter, no matter how immaculate you keep your driveway. I need to order small parts and supplies for my job, so when I'm expecting something I will wait and watch. Then I go out to the mailbox and see the "sorry we missed you" slip... good thing I spend 2 hours plowing and scrapping down the driveway for these princess drivers.. You'd think they didn't live in Maine. Lazy, I don't get paid when I do half a job.
