Got treated like shit when I asked for the manager to my surprise it was the owner that was talking to me like a second class citizen I will never go there!

When I first arrived, there was a sign saying to wait for curbside service, so I did. parked outside the front doors of the Verizon store for more than half an hour, with my headlights on. There were 4 employees, mostly doing nothing, with one of them helping One customer?! I called Verizon, and couldn't reached the Brunswick store. After about 45 minutes, I gave up and drove to the Topsham Mall store. Someone came out immediately, and took care of my problem within 5 minutes. I have absolutely No idea why the employees at the Brunswick location haven't been fired yet.

I have to agree with Sue's review. While there is one young lady who I was fortunate to get on my second visit (when I purchased my new phone), the other two girls are snobby, unfriendly and extremely condescending. The girl in the back of the store doesn't even say hello when you walk by, she keeps her head down staring at her phone. (happened two days in a row) When I said Hello she grudgingly said hello back. These girls are in a cushy job and they know it. They treat the place like it is their personal space. While I was being helped with my new phone, which took some time due to my old phone turning off (trying to transfer data) the same girl from the back of the store rudely said What's happening! and then, something to the extent You can't spend forever doing that. I don't know the name of the girl who did help me but hope you get her! She is kind and caring, to the extent the other girl took advantage of her, grabbing her ipad because hers had run out of power. When it was suggested she go to the back for her charger, she laughed at the girl helping me, took her ipad, and the one helping me had to get up and go get her charger. ???? This Verizon store should get some professionals in, who greet people with real enthusiasm or at least some politeness. It's a hick store at the moment while there are a lot of people in this area who need genuine help.

Okay, I have dealt with a number of Verizon dealers over the past 10 years, and this was HANDS DOWN the best-- meaning the fastest, friendliest, and most competent-- service I have ever received. Thanks a bunch!

Hey, what service and understanding. Plus, the same guys have worked there for awhile os not a lot of turnover so they obviously are treated well and dig their jobs. I had an issue with the switch your plan and get a gift card from the early termination fee of your old carrier. I went round and round with customer service on the phone. I wasn't qualified for the rebate cause I didn't turn in my phone. WHAT? Anyways, a super long story after talking with endless folks, who rocked for customer service!! YAY! They told me to go to the storer where I got my phone to see what they could do. They did what they could and I did get the rebate and it was a mistake on their end but they were so super cool and helpful and heard me go on and on. Poor guys. David, Mike and Nathan all helped and it was so great. Great ot be a Verizon customer!!
