I was on vacation and my dog, Duncan, jumped off the bed and hurt his leg. They were able to see me right away and were so caring and thorough. Duncan loved the vet and stayed very calm. He was doing just fine the next day. Dr Allen was great. I even got a follow-up phone call to see how he was doing.

I brought my dog here to see Dr. Parthum for 6 years and will never bring my animals here again. After letting her know on a Thursday that my old dog was being euthanized at home the following Monday and needed something to make her comfortable until then, she called in a prescription that takes 3 weeks to reach full effect. My dog should have never been left uncomfortable when she received regular vet care.
I’ve had other issues where the same vet tried to get me to have an unnecessary biopsy done for a skin issue which is very common with this breed and treatment was prolonged causing more damage.

We were welcomed when we walked in. The staff genuinely cares about the patients and their humans. Being our first visit to Brunswick Vet Clinic, my normally antsy and vocal terrier (Georgia) just looked around, observed the surroundings, even stood still on the scale for weigh-in! There's a very good vibe at Brunswick Vet. So thankful to have our pets on this team!

Best vet clinic I have been to in a while! They were amazing, kind, and ready help with anything. My dog is a nervous Nelly to say the least. They went slow and even got her to take treats. My kitten was well loved on and was vaccinated quickly as to not cause him more stress. I will be returning for sure! They are now our regular vet.

I regret to say I'm leaving the practice because the Vet Clinic is using an app that they don't know how to usefully incorporate into its day to day operations. See the photo? I received this message via the app to make an appointment. Is it clear to you that my dog is past due for four shots? My daughter took the time out of her day to run up to the clinic with Teddy only to be told by the staff that Teddy was not due for shots because he wasn't a year old.Trying to make her trip not a waste, they gave him a booster shot for another vaccination that was not pressing. When she got home, she told me she was confused about why she went. I was confused to and showed her the notification. I called the clinic to notify them that the app was sending out notifications that were not true. The staff member at the desk told me that Teddy was not old enough for the shot. I read her the notification but she was dismissive and when I told her--voice rising--that she wasn't listening to me and I wanted to speak to the manager--she hung up on me. I called back but no one would pick up the phone. The next day the office manager called and it took awhile for her to agree that there might be something wrong--speaking from the perspective of running a vet clinic--with sending out vaccination reminders that are erroneous. Then she got mad at me for making her staff member cry and told me they are overworked and understaffed and that if I sent a message to them using the chat feature--no one would see it for long time. Because the people at the Vet Clinic suddenly became victims by me trying to tell them about an app that makes its clients make unneeded appointments--I am quitting their practice. I never did speak to a vet and I doubt she will even know what happened. So I write this review--to say--your app doesn't work and if you cannot integrate it well into the business--stop using it. And to listen to your customers when they have legitimate concerns about your business.

This clinic is the best! They take amazing care of all my pets and the new space is clean and sleek. All of the staff is extremely attentive and compassionate, and Dr. Parthum puts my pets needs above financial gain. Truly couldn't ask for a more professional, caring and kind environment for my fur-babies!

Staff is very friendly and takes time with you and your pets. Very easy to work with, got appointments scheduled very soon, and very responsive to calls and emails. Highly recommend. Prices are very reasonable as well.

This is a new, attractive, and modern veterinary facility with a friendly and efficient staff. Dr Magenis has been our vet for years and we moved with her to this practice. I was very pleased with the service we received on our first visit. I recommend it highly.
