I love this clinic. Everyone is very kind, toward both the pets as well as toward their concerned owners. I'm an anxious pet owner, but I always feel that my concerns are treated with respect, attention, and grace. My cat is a feisty tortie, but she, too, is treated with calming love and patience.

Super friendly staff. Gave a very energetic 18mo old pitbull all his shots and made him enjoy the experience. Would recommend.

Absolutely the best care around. The staff is always warm and friendly with knowledgeable caring doctors who always make sure that my questions are answered. I bring my dogs and cat there because I always want the best for them.

Dr. Seymour is wonderful with our two Newfoundlands. Can't say enough good things about Sunray and the care they provide!

The best place around!!!! We have a very scared and shy pup who has had negative vet experiences in the past and Sunray blew us away! So incredibly patient and accommodating from the front end staff to all the vets there. Dr. Danneberger is the best and so knowledgeable! She knew exactly what to do with our pup and got right on his level! Highly recommend!

Salem Valley Vet Hospital is awesome. The staff are caring, patient, and kind and the animal care is among the best we've experienced. Dr. Slater is a rock star!

My husband went to Sunray today to purchase an over-the-counter dental rinse suggested by our veterinarian. Our personal vet suggested that we stop by their office since they carry this rinse and our vet was out. The front desk staff was extremely rude to my husband and would not allow him to purchase this non-prescription dental rinse. Due to the unprofessional nature of this front desk staff and not willing to help a dog in need even though we are not direct clients of this clinic I would not recommend the public to obtain service or assistance from this clinic.

I can see now why people are leaving bad reviews about the office staff. They won't answer the phone and don't return your call after leaving a detailed voicemail. What a way to run a business! ? Glad I dodged this bullet and was able to get in elsewhere.

The office staff was disorganized, unhelpful and insulting. Dr Twitchell failed to diagnose or treat my dogs cornea injury. Fortunately we went for a second opinion and got correct treatment

The people that work here are lead by the office manager Sara. She is completely incapable of her job. She has zero people skills and her staff is clearly trained by her. She and her staff are incompetent ball droppers that pass the buck on each other. My dog was so poorly taken care of by Dr.Twichell that two weeks after this awful appointment my dog had to see a different doctor . If you really care about your pet you would never take them here.

The best team from reception to vet and everyone in between. I’ve worked with them for many years for a few different animals. The level of knowledge, care, kindness and compassion is top tier. From the first exam for a new adoption to saying goodbye to a long loved pet, I would recommend Sunray each time.
