Where to even begin? Bought a WV Jetta from them in 2016, on the way home check engine light comes on. I take it back and their mechanic tells me it is the spark plugs so they replace them for free. Next day check engine light is on again, take it back a 2nd time mechanic tells me it's something else and that he has fixed it..... Light comes back on again so I call and tell the manager Nicky I will be taking the car to the VW dealership so they can code read it since the Lady's mechanic obviously can't figure it out. The VW mechanic comes back with a laundry list of problems and quotes me nearly 4 thousand dollars in repairs that are needed not only that apparently the rear main seal is leaking oil onto the exhaust and should have never received an inspection sticker in the first place! I fought with Nicki (Owner/manager) for months eventually got them to handle some of the work but was still responsible for covering about half the repair bills myself with my own mechanic. In addition to that they never reported that I paid sales tax (Despite it supposed to have been in my financing. so I guess they pocketed that) so I had to shell out for that when I went to register the vehicle as well. Would not recommend! This business had such a bad reputation in Augusta/Manchester they had to move to Brunswick just to stay in business. Search their reviews for Manchester location if you still have any doubts about this place.

Purchased a 2010 f150 from lady's. Had a few small issues with it. They set up a appointment with vip for us problems are fixed. Just waiting on the seat trim peace now. I'm sure they will take care of that too.

Recently purchased a 2011 Tacoma, staff was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. They were more than accommodating and made the process very easy for me.

The account I'm signed into is my daughters, my name is Amy Violette. I bought a 2011 Impreza in Dec 2017. An awd with 2 different sets of tires. The process was rushed; seemed as long as I bought the only car I was offered, knowing I was in a hard spot, was all that mattered. They did change the oil that was a quart overfilled. There is a chip in the windshield that they stickered, the steering column won't adjust or stay up in place, the gas door and latch are broken, the cats smell on the highway and the vibration/shake is probably the drive train from the off set tires(Nikki said Town Fair put tires on and aligned). I would never recommend anyone shop here, unless you like being judged and told what you want to hear. I was told to bring the car to an affiliate- on my warranty. Right back into a fixer upper except now I have a payment as well. I noticed that the owner responded, the owner I've never met or spoken to, and def don't have a cell number to. The owner that was supposed to meet me at the dealership that day after speaking with my mechanic to show me atleast a second vehicle. I went to the shop one time(the day the oil was changed) and was told we needed to get the vehicle in the shop but never heard back. “Amy†totally understands the simple functions of a gas lever handle(you have to use two hands to pull it up) and the steering column which locks up but not all the way to give your legs room, and moves down with the forces of driving. I sent Nikki a picture of the chip in the windshield which was most definitely there. I questioned Nikki about not having a matching set of tires, the vibration, the clicking cv joint, the catalytic converter(s) smelling upon acceleration, the rust that mysteriously surfaced. Your office could schedule me in 3 weeks, in Brunswick or I could go to a local shop- on my dime; using my warranty, no one ever offered otherwise. I don't call that trying to help the fact that I was supposed to be helped out of my fixer upper not put into another one. And Amy could feel a bit of sarcasm in that response as I fully understand how to follow instructions and how to follow through with requests; requests that were going to cost me. It wasn't that I didn't know how to follow directions or be made to do anything. At this point, I would prefer an outside opinion, esp after reading similar reviews, and your response telling me to schedule is your first attempt to resolve without costing me, or was it?

Please don't ever visit this dealership. I was taken advantage of, and then I read so many similar reviews. I wish I had read the reviews first. I bought a 2004 Isuzu Ascender and within 60 days the entire engine shut down. The warranty they sold me for $1200 covered absolutely $0 of the repairs. The repairs totalled $2400, the vehicle cost me $5000. When I told them the problem they pretended to be concerned and pretended to make some calls. In the end I was told that unfortunately there was nothing they could do for me. They had my money from the purchase and now it wasn't necessary to help me out. It took me 6 months to save up that amount to have the engine replaced. I had no vehicle for 6 months because these a** hats sold me a piece of crap, knowing it was a piece of crap, and pretending to be so sorry for me when I discovered it was a piece of crap. These people are the scum that give used auto dealers such a bad reputation. Just keep driving past them, the engine you save might just be your own.

They put lift kit and big tires on my truck which I didn't mind until after I opened my extended warranty to realize it's void because of the lift.. Been through many repairs because of the lift and now I again realize we both have the same attorney Mr O'Donnell.. ,,,, guess we're both screwed there.. Conflict of Interest on both sides... BELIEVE ME,,. THEY WILL MAKE RIGHT SOON

I bought my Honda Accord from Lake Bellavance here. Excellent service, he made me feel like family. Lady's Auto seems to specialize in well-priced, more upscale cars. Mine has all the options and is very, very reliable with no issues whatsoever. If I had to recommend Lady's, I would say ask for Lake. Five out of five stars.

I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and had no issues. They take good care of you and give you the best deal possible. They are willing to add options and features to the vehicles that you purchase when you're purchasing.

Niki was so nice and helped very much! She was very straight forward and didn't confuse us. She was kind and incredibly understanding. I definitely would recommend her to anybody new or experienced with buying a car or truck through them!

Just bought a 2010 Dodge Ram with crew cab. Usually buy new vehicles with awesome warranties because I don't like to deal with unknowns. With the extended warranty (which I usually never buy) I feel well protected and would definitely do business with Lady's in the future. Everyone (no fewer than 5 different individuals) was very professional and seemingly worked very hard to meet my needs.
