I had an overall bad experience. I had made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure before going on vacation. There was not a stylist scheduled to do my mani/pedi I was serviced by three separate people. They only had 4 employees on who all bounced around to the different clients. The man who did my pedicure cut into my skin on multiple occasions while clearing away cuticle, which is 1) not ok 2) not a single mistake but may 3)made the acetone sting. It is actually still uncomfortable. The man who did my manicure did a terrible job shaping my nails, they are all different wonky shapes and not smooth. Then the woman who actually painted my nails came over completely covered in the dust and grit of other people’s nails, it looked and felt disgusting. The color polish I wanted looked all old and crusty so I had to choose another and to boot my nails started chipping the next day. It was not pleasant, relaxing, welcoming or worth the money.

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. Then proceeded to have the strangest nail experience of my life. The pedicure started and then another tech stood next to my pedicure chair to do the manicure. At one point I had 2 gel light lamps on the foot of my pedicure chair, one in my lap and one on the chair side table. Felt like they just want to get you in and out. Was the opposite of relaxing and actually very awkward. Realized after I was overcharged. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

5 stars because I absolutely love going to this spa! The ambiance is so relaxing. You can book online with short notice. They are friendly and remember your name. I always have luck finding a nearby parking space in the parking lot. Anh is happy to do really detailed designs if that’s your thing. Also a plus, there’s a pizza shop right above so you can grab some food on your way out. Very convenient location. (Also if it’s important to you, I’m size 20 and can fit in the manicure chairs. I haven’t tried the pedicure yet.)

Hurray!! Been waiting 5 months to get back to Bath and this excellent Salon just 6 miles away in Brunswick. And, today we came in. They are the best. My nails are perfect and pedicure the most relaxing experience ever. My husband and I are regulars. Put yourself and your loved ones in their care and you will be as happy as we are...we promise! 5 Stars for Sure.

I’ve been coming here since high school! Many other salons have failed me but not once have I had any issues with my services here!
And she has extended her hours on some Sundays which means the WORLD to anyone who only has Sundays off! (Me!)

Having you “pamper” me for the past 4 years is a true pleasure !
