For the two recall issues on our Promaster van the service department was easy to deal with for scheduling and the work was completed the same day at the time that they said it would be done.

Imagine dropping 800 bucks for wheel speed sensors and other things in the front end, only to leave and have the same codes come up on the dash. Then you let em know, and they say to just drop it off and they see if they can squeeze it in on the next week or so. First off, what'd we spend the 800 on if the codes are still there? And how on earth do you not come correct on that right away? I really have no idea why we keep printing the Charger back there. Literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME we have had it worked on there, something similar to this has happened. Absolutely unbelievable.

Ended up not purchasing from Bodwell but the experience I had during the sales process was excellent. Erik got me all the info I needed in a quick and timely manner. Was also the salesperson that felt the most genuine. Will definitely look here first when I’m looking for a new vehicle.

Just took delivery on my second RAM truck from Bodwell's. Amazing staff! Erik made the process so quick and easy ( again ). Clear and quick communication, no run around, and very accommodating to my schedule. Highly recommended for vehicle purchases and service! If you're not calling them for your next vehicle, you're doing yourself a disservice.
