We had a really great experience with the sales team, especially with Tevis! He was extremely friendly, down to earth and personable. We never felt any pressure during the process. He was very accessible and worked with our availability to finalize the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Will not being going back.
Edit: Response to Bill Dodge Hyundai. I've reached out many times and complained and nothing was done. That's why I traded in my Hyundai at Goodwin's. At least they give you a rental if your vehicle needs servicing.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. My salesperson, Jessica, was very efficient and helpful and answered our many questions with ease. She was very diligent in helping search for the car we were hoping for. She was awesome with the new vehicle walk through! Nicolas was also a great help in helping us through the credit process! Service is impeccable! Everyone is lovely! Sales- 10. Service 10. My only problem is it takes months to get a service appointment even for maintenance on my brand new car. They did squeeze me in when my new car had an issue covered under warranty! Which is amazing! ButIf I had known appointments booked that far out, I may have gone elsewhere to buy.

Update one year later: my car has multiple problems including loosing a whole thing of oil every week. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
This place is an absolute joke and I’m embarrassed I gave them my business. Where do I even start! This was my first car purchase and I obviously chose the wrong place to go. I drove 7 hour round trip to buy a car from them. When we first walked in, no one was there to greet us and just gave us a blank stare, until Brian came over and helped us. They said it needs some work for the dashboard, tires and brakes. Okay that’s totally fine! Gave me a loaner and I appreciate that. Here is where things get sketchy.. we drive back ANOTHER 7 hours to pick up the car. As we are inspecting it we noticed there are damaged parts that obviously were completely looked over and our floor mats and cup holder mats around the car are missing.. they were there when we bought it! So the guy who details the car comes out and didn’t speak any English and had no idea what we were talking about when asked where the missing items are. I was assured to get everything I was concerned with fixed (about 5 things I noticed within the first day)and was sent home in a loaner car. So over a month and a half later I get told my car is ready and they will meet me half way! Great! However, they threw away our floor mats and cup holder mats cause they were “damaged” and REFUSED to replace them! Why would you not replace something you threw away?! and guilt tripped me about putting $5k into work into my car already so they won’t spend another $100 to give me the things they disposed of. Okay, that was your problem when you bought the car from auction? I didn’t buy the car “as is” I bought it how I was told it was going to be fixed with all my concerns. Not my problem. So they had their driver meet me half way and returned my car EXTREMELY dirty, food pieces everywhere, floor covered in dirt, even in the back seat where NONE of us have even sat. It was perfectly clean we I had to return it to them to fix it. They left me a nice 2 inch gouged out scratch in the front of my car and returned it to me with my temp plates expired because they had my car for over a month. They made my first car buying experience absolute hell and I will NEVER give them my business again and I hope you don’t either. Work on your customer service and communication because both are absolutely terrible. ??
