Extremely unprofessional. They changed the gate code on us without notification and apparently I’m just an emergency contact despite my husband adding me to our account and all my belongings being in their unit. I’ve never had a more unprofessional experience. When I called to get the new code she said she doesn’t add spouses to units “in the event of divorce”. Absolutely do not rent from This place. I’m happily married and being treated like garbage for trying to access mine and my husband’s stuff. I’m disgusted

Was considering them for a storage unit until I saw the disgusting, hateful messages they like to broadcast on their sign. If you’re bigoted this is the storage place for you!

Place is clean , only good thing. Inconvenient hours , must use their lock, and boy do they love added fees , not to mention units are most expensive around.

Definitely a clean and organized facility.We've been a customer here since they 1st opened. I would have to say the only drawback is the increase in lease cost that seems to be a frequent occurrence.Otherwise, highly recommended and always safe/secure. ?

Easy, clean (storage area), very considerate and helpful person that set me up over the phone rental. There is a fee (one time) plus the monthly rental fee. I got the last smallest unit (10'lx5w'x10'h). Easy 24 hour access.

Great place to find some unique and upscale furniture. It’s a bit on the high end as far as price goes but they are willing to negotiate a wee bit. Definitely not junk!
