Mya helped me out with getting into a new phone and explained and showed me how to use my Hotspot, its was as simple as can be! Joedan and Mya took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know! Great customer service!

If could give Mya Roger's a 10 I would! Getting my phone and everything transfered was so easy. She was even able to save us money on the account because previous representatives were over charging us. She took the time to explain all of the account features and made the upgrades so painless! If anyone deserves recognition it would be her. She was even able to help with my brother who's in Japan with getting his phone connected and set up.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received at a cellular store EVER! Mya Roger’s at the brewer store deserves a raise for how quickly she was able to trade in, upgrade, and save on our bill for 3 people!!!!!
