Let me start with how I used to love this store and not have issues with any appliance purchases.Fast forward to most recent, when I scheduled for a family member to receive an appliance as a gift. First, I was told it would be delivered on a Tuesday. Monday night rolls in, get a call that it’s not in. Fine, shipment delays happen. I get a window on Thursday night for a 9:30am-12:30pm window for Friday the next day. I drive over an hour to meet them and install it (because they don’t install). I get a call at 2:16 pm that it will now be 3:30pm-7:30pm. Not happy, but whatever. I wait until 5:16pm to receive a call through their 3rd party delivery service that it’s not happening at all. Beyond frustrated. Not only did they hang up on me while I was trying to find a time to get it dropped off and received, but when I call and talk to the Brewer Lowe’s Assitant manager, they tell me the 2 days I have free they can’t do the delivery. I don’t care if you personally drop it off or have to use a different delivery service once, you hold your end of the bargain. Especially if you’ve botched it more than once. No offer for anything for the inconvenience at all. I’ve purchased big ticket appliances and equipment here, I won’t buy even a stick of gum from here again. I’d give their customer service zero stars if Google allowed it.

We have been working with Graeden to order all of our flooring and tile needs, he has also been super helpful with everything else we have needed and any questions we may have had. Would highly recommend Graeden, he was very easy to work with. Very happy with the service.

Purchased one pallet of rock salt. Pro team member specifically asked me if this was inside or outside for delivery. I stated inside. Delivery happens and theres no way to bring the pallet into the business. When asked if they have a hand jack I was told back at the warehouse and I could go over there and they would let me borrow one. If I stated that it was a inside delivery why would you come with outside only delivery option. Then tell me that I cando it my self. Now this cost's me time and money. I have to use my employees to move it in with now paying twice for something that could have been done right the first time. Not really good way to do buisness with another buisness.

I love hardware stores. You can get anything and build anything from a good hardware store. Every employee I encountered was smiling, friendly, and professional.

Went to purchase a deep freezer, and the sales lady was very helpful. Made our visit to the store quick and painless! Lol! My husband was able to get a Military discount on top of the promotional discount, which was niceDelivery was also quick... just a couple days. The delivery crew was on time, and they put it exactly where we wanted it. It was nice to have them do that as most appliances delivery people drop it at the door.We will definitely shop at the Brewer Lowe's more often.

I went in to get a shingle plane and couldnt find it. I asked an associate and he went on the app and said it was toward the back. The long and short of it turned around and they were right there. Anyways the associates do well to look over the workplace once in awhile. Love the place though...

It seems this store has a serous issue o of phone service. You almost never get the department you need. And you NEVER get a call back when informed they will find the person for you.and when asked the reply was it happens to us to when we call in.

I was browsing for plants at Lowe’s and I came across a trash bin with discarded plants and asked a nearby employee if they were going to be thrown away. He replied ‘yes they are’ and I asked if I could have a few of the pots. He poured the plants and the soil out and handed me a few pots and said I could have them for free, I had double checked with him. When I up to the register to check out I had told the woman running it that the plants were in the trash bin and an employee had given me the pots and told me they were free. She had said ‘Really? Who?’ And continued to bombard me with questions to the point it felt like accusations rather than skepticism. I told her that it was a person in a (color) vest and she quickly replied that there was no one with a vest that color here. She had called another employee and I had took her over to talk to the gentleman to make sure that I had gotten the pots from him. I eventually made my purchase with the other items. This woman who rung me up was highly unprofessional and I am incredibly disappointed with the service she provided here. Of course, skepticism I understand, but she continued to speak to me in a disrespectful and accusing tone and made me feel like she was accusing me of lying and stealing from the store. I hope no one else has to deal with someone like this here in the future.

Bought a weber grillWas told that they had new propane tanks we could buy and it was filled. Turned out not new tank but recycled oneThat did not have new with proane. Just exchanged onesCounter sales was not told this until I returned my recycled tank unused.

My husband placed an online order for pickup. It consisted of 21 items. I went to the store to pick up and they gave me 20. I asked about the missing item, but they told me an item was cancelled. I took them at their word. After getting home, my husband said there was an item missing. We looked up the order to confirm, and so I called the store. It wasn’t a big deal that there was a mistake made, but the customer service person did not offer any sort of apology or even a drop of remorse over the mistake. It would be nice for customer service people to be trained in the art of actual customer service.

The Location is perfect, But when you need to run in and grab something simple, it is rather had to find, what and where you would go to get the item is not always with the same like items. I would rate them 1 more star if they didn't lock the wife and kids in the garden section as they were trying to exit and make them walk way further. When I was looking for items in plumbing, there were 3 people in the back, never acknowledged me, and then started driving the forklift into my path.
