The card reader ripped us off. It took 4 swipes of our card before it would activate. Then, the next day our bank showed a $20 purchase from Wicked. Apparently each swipe cost $5.

Look, it was OK. Wash, we asked to go through a second time, which they provided without question.

Attendant is advertised as on duty from 9-5 but haven't seen anyone here the last few times. It's 4:30 and no one to be seen and the foam brush in the third self service bay is not working.
