Jim has been our computer tech for years. His work is exemplary and he's as accommodating as they come. Whether the issue is balky computer performance, wi-fi connectivity or providing hardware, Jim obliges. I'd hate to think what we'd do without him.

I cannot recommend Jim Arseneau enough. He has been my go to computer guy for close to 20 years. He is always able to help me and solve any problem. I am not technologically savvy but with Jim I don’t have to be. He can solve most issues remotely now. For me the biggest positive for Jim is that I trust him explicitly. I don’t want anyone else near my computer. He is responsive and pleasant. It may sound trite, but Jim is nice. Very nice. I have recommended him to others and everyone loves him. He is essential to me. And highly valued.
