They charge for security, there is none the gate has been broken for over 2 years and majority of the property isn’t fenced in so pretty easy for anyone to get to the units on the property and break in to units. Units are not weather proof- all of our stuff inside was destroyed! Our couch was soaked in water and had started molding. We had to take most of our belongings straight to the trash because of the amount of moisture that got into our unit. Never was anyone around when needed for and maintenance needs- you have to wait for them to have time to call you to then schedule an appointment to meet them. Complete waste of money and the customer service is none. All of the staff are rude barely speaking English and have zero clue about professionalism. Literally you would be better off leaving your stuff under a tarp outside. It’s the same protection. Oh not to mention in the middle of storing with them with al this going on THEY RAISED PRICES!!!!! For what?!?!?!!! Nothing is any better! Worst business ever!

Great company to deal with from move-in to move-out. I received excellent service from Diana at move-in, and then Sean when it came time to move out. He helped with processing the move-out photos, was very knowledgeable with process, sent me confirmation emails and texts immediately, and was all-around delightful to interact with.

We found easy access to our unit at virtually all times. It's easy to enter and leave the area and it is well maintained. I cancelled out unit via a phone call. I indicated that I was unable to take a photo, but was told that would be taken care of. The person I spoke to was polite and pleasant.

Zero stars would be better. No security and very poor quality infrastructure. Will be vacating ASAP after new owners have taken over. Was a nice facility but not any more.
