Charged my teenage son $15 for shipping on a $10 part and took a $10 deposit. I called an hour later to ask to cancel. Request was refused. Ordered it on Amazon with free shipping. We won't be shopping here anymore.

they have some top-quality Auto parts but they are very expensive in a labor rate at VIP of a hundred forty dollars an hournot the same company when Tom ran VIP parts and service!!!?

This is a great place--very customer service oriented. I was helped first on the phone by Emmylou, and she told me to ask for her when I can in--which I did, and she was SO helpful and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. What a breath of fresh air!

A great O'Reilly Auto Parts, they always have everything. Look for the woman behind the counter if you need a real answer, she actually knows the parts, what they're for and what else you need. Have a question, bet she has the answer first, she does when I'm there. Check it out yourself.
