This is an amazing team of people! Jose Rangel, Jr. has hired and developed staff that are enthused, knowledgeable and kind! This is what customer service is all about. Jose was engaged with everyone and knew what was needed in each situation and ready to help. Jose moved throughout the store in a friendly manner. All of his staff smiled and helped each other. I can't say enough about this manager, Jose Rangel, Jr, and what he has achieved at Bangor. Just go in and see for yourself!!!

I had an exceptional experience at this T-Mobile store, thanks to Brian, who was nothing short of a rock star. His assistance in transitioning me from AT&T to T-Mobile was outstanding. As a Merchant Mariner, I faced challenges with AT&T and Verizon's lack of recognition for military discounts, especially during my 5-6 month deployments to Japan where both carriers charged a hefty $100 per month for being outside the US. Brian's help in making the switch was a game-changer, and I couldn't be happier. I highly endorse Brian for his remarkable service. Despite the initial difficulties with AT&T, Brian efficiently resolved all the issues. I've never encountered such competence and excellence at any other cellphone store. A+ experience all around!

Stopped by the store today to update the account and upgrade phones. Waited an hour and 45 minutes to see somebody. Got half of what we needed done then we're informed they didn't have the phones we wanted. They suggested we go online to get the phones. It is totally unacceptable that they don't have the phones that the advertise in stock. It is also totally unacceptable to make somebody wait an hour and 45 minutes to see somebody. The employees also didn't care that there was a long line as they each took their half hour lunch breaks as scheduled. Very frustrating. End up going online and getting the phones there and saving some money in the process. It's frustrating when you try to deal local but end up having to go online. And business is wonder why they're hurting? Of course T-Mobile technically could do everything online so I guess that having a brick and mortar store really doesn't matter to them. However it should matter to the employees that work there when they close the store down and they're unemployed.

I agreed to plans totaling $105 a month two days ago. On my T-Mobile account my bill came out to $140.Called the retail agent that sold me the line, turns out the number on the business card he gave me was for the store, not him. They said it’s impossible to even access my account if I don’t come in.Came in. It took over one and a half hours to take off an add-on I never agreed to. Even the printed receipt from the day before yesterday didn’t include it.Absolutely terrible first impression. Check your accounts in case they tack on something you didn’t buy.

Great store - manager dealt with our home internet questions and got us lined up with home internet service in just a few minutes. Never had an addition added to our account so quickly and without trying to push us into other programs. A plus for customer service.

Manager Scott has a great deal of knowledge. It took very good care of me. My service now works. Us-cellur is a waste of money. Dropped calls and poor service. Love t-mobile.

I didn't have to wait for service. The last person I delt with was wonderful. She put my screen protector on and handled my trade in very professionally. The only reason I did not give five stars was the discrepancy between in store and online pricing. I ended up going online rather than using in store to complete the purchase of my upgrade because in-store stuff did not have the knowledge to quote me correctly. However despite all thatI am satisfied with this store overall.
