Went in for passport photos, the employee could not figure out how to take a 30mmx40mm photo and told me they couldn’t help me.EDIT: I was looking for a Spanish passport photo, so I went to Walgreens after, and the employee there was also a bit confused, but actually let me look at the computer software myself and together we figured out how to edit the photo dimensions.Neither stores immediately knew how to solve my problem, but Staples didn’t even have the competence to try to figure it out, nor let me help them with the (fairly simple) photo software.

Today is Wednesday the 14th, 10 o’clock in the morning 2 customers in the store asked to have seven pages laminated, and the girl behind the counter, said she was too busy that they would be an extra charge while I waited! Really won’t be back here!

The store clerk at the printing department is WONDERFUL!!He helped my husband and I with several printing projects. He was careful, courteous, and helped us with everything. We are so grateful for him, and the Bangor Staples.Thank you so much for the A+++++ wonderful service. Trully the very best..

Just a typical staples that has most of the office supplies and printing options that you need. It is sometimes hard to find someone to help you find what you are looking for if you don't know the stores layout.

Jasmine in the printing department was very sweet to work with. I wasn't happy with how my Christmas cards came out so she was able to re-print them for me in hopes that the quality would be better. I probably will not order my cards from there again, but the customer service I received was great.

Chris in the print area was OUTSTANDING. Had 2 large files (about 250+ pages) from my cell that I desperately needed paper copies. Tried 2 other places before trying Staples. No one was willing to help. Drove an hour to Staples in hopes someone would help. Chris walked me through the entire process which was painless, other than my pride for for not knowing how to do this on my own. Great customer service!!! Staples will be my first stop next time!! Thanks Chris.

Was not notified card machine was down when placing my order. Also was treated very rude at the start of the call. Was told they were putting all orders on hold and will let us know "if" it gets fixed and when they will start catching back up. Could be a while. Disappointed. Upside it pushed me to another buisness that's more local.

Bought a gaming chair from them and it has been a nightmare. It has broken 3 times in total now, the first 2 times the arms broke immediately and it would keep slowly sinking down (both times in less than a month).Now it is already broken again, the arms broke in the first week like before which makes it really uncomfortable. I held out from trying to replace it because I had events coming up and I needed to use my computer.Horrible. Horrible. Horrible, 200 dollars for the most flimsy and cheap piece of furniture I have ever purchased. Now I am trying to get it fixed and the company that the warranty is through is making it even worse. They told me to "take a picture" of the chair sinking!

Bad customer service.No one greeted me as I walked through the door. I stood and waited at the printer center for a few minutes and no one greeted me there either. I had to go looking for an employee to help me. The employee that I got the attention of tried to help me, but explained to me that he did not work in the printing section. A page printed with little to nothing on it and he said that I would be refunded for that. He asked me to wait for the printing expert and walked away.An employee came to the printing section and never asked if he could help me. Did not acknowledge that I was even there.I walked up and asked for help and instead of helping me, he continued to do whatever he was doing and, without looking at me, told me what I was doing wrong.I noticed that another customer had asked the original employee who “helped” me for help and he also, continued to work on stocking shelves, without helping the customer find what they were looking for.Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere from now on. (I also never got a refund).
