Not only did he actually respect budget restrictions, but he spent a long time with us explaining everything fully, ensuring we got the best we could within our price ranges. I was looking for a gravel bike and my partner a hybrid or mountain bike and we both left happy, thanks to John. If you are looking for a bike I highly recommend this shop. My only recommendation would for them to make it clearer that they sell such great bikes! I had been a few times before for ski needs but somehow missed that each time.”
