Yet another bad experience at Sam's Club. Over the last several months, I've had to deal with rude (and I mean RUDE) employees, managers that basically gave me corporate sound bites instead of addressing my issues, product availability and the insanity of sporadically enforced "Plus" membership privileges. I was just at sams club checking out at self check out like always when I was approached by an extremely unfriendly employee who started yelling at me saying I had to take all my i teams out of my cart and put them in another as I scanned which included 3 very heavy items and my 3 year old who was having a meltdown at the time... sorry sams club this may be your new policy but unless you have someone to help me with the heavy items I won't comply with this... so maybe you should stop attacking customers trying to check out or open more normal registers... and I will add this is not the first time a sams club employee has been rude to me including the time the old lady working there tried to take my wallet

I have a sad story to tell when a manager from a business can take his position and stab young people in the back .I know one young person that loved his job and this company he loved working for he was moving up in the company and wanted to make a career of it .What did he did he started there worked in many departments learning the business .When this company need volunteers this person was one of the first to offer to do it . I was there at 0630 waiting in the cart area to be there early for new tires. Because I didn't have a plus membership when the doors opened at 7 I went right to customer service to upgrade so I could get my tires early. The lovely customerservice agent got me started then said well let's get over to tire so we can get you in line and then we'll finish up. Roger who was working in the auto section told her no problem she was here at 6:30 so she's first in line anyway. Quickly got all my upgrade done tires paid for and my car first in line all set by 7:30. So glad we took our service back to Sam's Club from the competitors across town.
