I have been a customer of CVS for many years. We recently moved to Eastbrook but were willing to travel an hour to get my prescriptions at CVS. My prescription was filled wrong and I took the wrong medication. The pharmacist was so rude to me as well as the girl in the front. I tried to talk to her about the mixup she got very defensive and rude. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to Walgreens.

Best pharmacy in my area. Really looks after the customer. Coupons for store from getting prescriptions filled is nice too.

They helped transfer a prescription from an out-of-state CVS & were extremely accommodating & kind expediting pick up for me. Lovely staff!

They treat Target customers rudely. Very rudely. I transferred all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. They're just plain RUDE.

There was an issue with my insurance and the pharmacist started to help but she was rude and said that I didn't pick up my prescription yesterday when I did. My daughter drove me and she was with me today. The pharmacist was snippy and rude. none of these issues were my fault but she made me feel horrible. She even snapped at me. Wow.

Luckily I already switched pharmacies, but I found this cvs to be very unprofessional. My medications were announced at least twice which I’ve never experienced at any other pharmacy. There was one incident where I was waiting for meds a doctor had put in a few hours before for me, the tech acted strange and told me I’d have to wait for one and I waited there for over an hour. When I finally got it, it was incredibly expensive and I tried to get more information but the tech acted weird and embarrassed so instead of holding up the line more I just paid it. When I got home I realized I had a whole different medication, and a very controlled one at that. called the doctors and they told me absolutely do not take it, they did not prescribe it. I called the pharmacy and they apologized and took it back and explained they usually do not do this but they are making an exception do to the severity of the mistake. Though they were apologetic I will never go back here because of how stressful and embarrassing it was to pick up some routine medications.

I would give less these people robbed me out of 30 day supply of my meds I'm supposed to be able to trust the people I'm forced to let fill my meds and then they say oh well you got them when there system shows otherwise they were never picked up or received so I hired a lawyer they will get what is owed to ppl how many people prescriptions have they taken like that and got away with it

I'm usually very optimistic when it comes to customer service. But this experience has not been great. My usual pharmacy is unable to fill my prescriptions now due to insurance apparently told me to go to what's behind my new medical cards so I did. My prescription was called in on the 4th I called to confirm to make sure that it was sent to this location. The female who answered the phone was not polite she acted like it was such a bother to even look me up. But at the end she did confirm that she got my my prescriptions one that was due when I was trying to get and the other one that I need cuz I'll be soon to run out. I took okay cool I'll be in later on in the day I came in on the 7th cuz I also work full time and to my surprise they don't even have me in the system. I said well I spoke I called I said that this need to be transferred in gentleman was very polite he looked at the counter oh here's your facts now they're doing it unbelievable unbelievable. I hope I can find another pharmacy because if this is the way the service is here I will not be here I worked in customer service for over 20 years and this is not how we treat patients especially new patients.
