The worst customer service I've ever had or not had I should say. Not a single person would look at us let alone help us. They also don't have that many ps5 games available

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. My laptop needed replacement. I called Best Buy and was assured that if I made an appointment I could buy a replacement and have them transfer the data "in only a few minutes". I made the appointment, drove over an hour to the store, bought a replacement as well as a back up and the in-store insurance. I went to the service area and was told by the clerk that it would take a week! When I mentioned the phone call he said "oh, that wasn't Best Buy, it was a call center and they don't know what they are talking about". I asked to see a manager. She was even worse! Said the same thing about the call center and when I tried to speak she told me that they have other customers to worry about. My purchase was over $1700 and I had driven 75 miles but she brushed me off. I immediately returned the entire purchase and now I'm worried about getting it credited to my CC after reading the reviews.If all the employees know that the call center "doesn't know what they are talking about" shouldn't management do something about that?Really horrible customer service and wose management. I'm off to the Apple Store!

Only one sales person on the floor. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase and had to wait 20 minutes for help.

So, I went in on 2/8 to buy a monitor, not only did i have to wait over an hour for a simple blue shirt to help me, They couldn't even do that, all they were doing was goofing off by the front exit, it took an older gentleman saying something to actually get me any help. I will not be returning Thanks but no thanks, Amazon wins again.

The employees here are very smart and knowledgeable about the products they sell.Edit:As time goes by the subtle decline of this store is starting to show. Hopefully their corporate team will figure things out and show some love for their decrepit buildings.

Best Buy as a whole is hitting the trifecta, lack of customer service, poor pricing, and zero convenience due to lack of stock. There's really no point to shop here if they offer no value to the customer.

Understaffed, understocked, overpriced, the store is messy, the employees never know any of their stock. The app says they have it the employees say they don't. I only go here because it's the only place around that sells PC building components.

Horrible. Horrible service. My friend is a weirdo. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT & THAT’S OKAY& the manager took it upon themselves to call the police and say my friend is on drugs….No honey she’s just not from Maine and she’s different, she’ll straight up tell you that.This manager is a coward because they didn’t say a word to my friend. Not one conversation but yet had the audacity to call the police.This makes sense. I now understand why your manager at this location is a manager for Best Buy, and not a business owner. Grow a pair.
