Went there ready to spend 1500 to 3000 dollars. Stood their looking at tv for 15 to 20 minutes. Nobody came around to ask if they cold help. So I left.

Shelves are half empty. Can't get a GoPro Hero 6 black battery. I guess we all have to shop Amazon or nothing. Sad to say but that was my day.

I came in to buy a computer, and was left waiting for an associate to help me for 15-20 minutes, I didn't realize it at the time but they were all hanging out at the stand at the front and nobody was working on the floor. Once I finally got a hold of someone they were decently friendly and helpful at least.

What an awful experience, on our fourth time trying to get them to repair my wife’s work laptop and they keep sending it back to us broken. Im guessing they are hoping we will get tired of trying to get them to honor the warranty we paid for through their Geek Squad Service.
We live 2 and a half hours away so we've spent hundreds of dollars in gas and many hours getting jerked around by this store.
The store is mediocre but their Geek Squad service is the biggest scam Ive ever seen.
Best buy has really decayed from its former glory, we will not be spending any more money here.
I will be posting a review on every platform i know of to warn people of this store’s adversarial attitude towards honoring service agreements customers have paid for.

Generation Zs are so focused on themselves and their own feelings that being rude seems normal to them. I asked a kid a question and he gave me a one word answer and just walked off. This entire store needs customer service training.

The place to go when you need electronic stuff. They move things around a lot, so check on locations when you enter the store!
