the one time, after years of paying my premium on time, that I had to "make a call" to AAA it cost me $100 to get towed 300 yards...never ever will I bother paying a middle man again, I will call the tow company myself and get a better deal....

Great service, my car battery died and they had someone at the scene within 20 minutes, the mechanic was incredibly helpful and friendly, and explained what he was doing because I was interested. I also used the virtual assistant which was easy to use and efficient, and understood everything that I said.

The only place I know of that will guarantee you help if anything comes up with your itenery and takes it very seriously because I thought those days were over and not with AAA and the prices are just as good as you can find on the cheapest website without any help from them so don't think you are saving money not by a long shot

I called Bangor AAA this morning to report an issue in Vermont. I was cut off abruptly by the person with whom I was speaking. She didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and kept making up excuses for being so busy. She specifically told me that all agents are busy and that they need to also take care of the overwhelming calls they get. I’m a paying premium customer should I not be taken care of as well. I find that I was discriminated against. I cut her off because she rudely said that I wasn’t allowing her to talk but that’s all she was doing. She wouldn’t let me explain what the issue was. I hung up on her. She was that rude.

I just got my renewal bill and wanted to make some changes. Found the website. Couldn't remember my password so went through the process of changing it. Finally signed in. Navigated my way into changing my account. As soon as I tried to change something they gave me a number to call, they could no longer help me online. I called the number and waited. Was told I could have a call back in 6-8 minutes. I left my info and hung up. They called me back. She took my info to check me in and asked if she could put me on a brief hold. Sure I said. She came back on the line and explained she was going to forward me to someone that could help me. I hung up.It's sad when these companies get so big they have no time to take care of their customers. Crazy.

Please come up with a different commercial for AAA........I am so tired of seeing Paula and Jaequin saying now that they have AAA they can spend more time with their kids. I had AAA for years and always had time for my kids and grandkids. Thanks

I love AAA but I'm having a lot of trouble with the website. I can only access my roadside assistance account and can't link at all to my car or home insurance accounts. I was always able to see all of the accounts. When I spoke with an agent about a recent change in my car insurance policy, he wasn't able to help me or direct me. He just said that he was still able to see all of his accounts on the website. No online chat or other easy way to contact for tech assistance. I haven't had time to pursue this further, but I'll update my review if this gets resolved.

I recommend AAA to anyone who needs these services . When I needed them they were there. They were very professional and courteous. The truck arrived earlier than they promised and delivered my truck to a near by service center. I am very happy with everyone involved

Waited 5 hours beside the road before getting the wrecker service I pay for. 14 years of membership and that’s what I got! Not impressed my sister is on oxygen and we had no water and the wrecker service I called myself was the one that came!!!!!

Nicole is the best travel agent. She is so helpful, kind, and really cares for her customers. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. I have booked two trips with Nicole and will use her for any future trips!

I wouldn't even give them a star but had to in order to leave my past weekend experience & help others make a proper decision before investing into aaa memberships.Worst experience ever, lied to repeatedly. Only been a 8 year customer but they left my wife stranded for hours. Days & vehicle still not towed. Save yourself from their worthless service that they don't provide.AAA reps don't care. Asked for a call from corporate days ago & worthless as never even attempted to call.My wife was told false information & lied to more than once on the several phone calls we had.YOU HAVE BEEN FAIRLY WARNED TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS COSTLY MISTAKE.I think AAA CEO is BRANDON?

Called AAA said they would dispatch someone, had to call them back twice. My first call was at 6:15 am. At 8:20 I received a text saying someone would be there at 9:00 am. This is not acceptable. I called a local towing company and they were at my house in 10 minutes. I'll give them the money in the future. Can't rely on AAA anymore.

I quit AAA , new rules, less help, my sister called for service on a Sunday and they couldn't send anyone to help her, not worth the expenditure any more
