I arrived early Saturday morning with a unique emergency. 1st - I’m so happy that there are weekend hours. I arrived at 7:30 AM after worrying the whole night. The entire back door of my 2021 Rav4 Hybrid fell off it’s hinges (the broke entirely!) I was traveling and visiting from out of town and needed to drive 1000 miles home. Thankfully Doug with good humor accessed my vehicle and was able to take care of my situation in just 45 minutes! They were able to make it safely drivable for my journey. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership - I wish this was my home location!

It took a month to get an oil change appointment but I waited. Had a 1015 am appointment, dropped the car off at 955 am. Didn't get out until 1155am. 2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. Will be my last choice from now on. Used to be so professional, but now, who knows what happened?

I bought this in March. The rear body mounts are not repairable - the car is unsafe and uninspectable. They won’t do a thing to help. Do yourself a favor, don’t ever assume a dealership is honest

Paul flood in service is who I have been going through and that guy gets it done! he knows exactly what's going on and gets it done! I'm hard on equipment so I'm on my second vehicle from charlies been a 3 year customer and plan to keep it that way! good job with the service guys keep it up!

Being in the business for 15 years for another Toyota dealer in the state. I can honestly say the service was the best I’ve received. Mike Mahoney and Jamie Mayo really killed it here and made the purchase painless and quick. Lee in finance was awesome as Well. I’ll be sending people your way for sure!

Charlie's has always treated me great . the service departments have always been fair and have never talked down to me. Charlie's Toyota wS so fantastic today. the guy at the service desk was informative, fair, and was able to double up his guys to get my brakes done quickly and safely. Thank you again.

Terrible experience! Called at almost closing time the day before to look at a vehicle and made an appointment. Came 4 hours early to the appointment and they sold the vehicle 20 minutes before that. This has been a trend. They did this to my Dad twice and he has sworn them off. I asked if they had anything else for me to look at they wouldn’t assist on trying to get me into a vehicle. Go somewhere else. These guys are slimy.
