Had never been there. I ran out of gas in front. Saw all the staff friendly and very eagerly helping customers. They gave me a gallon of gas to make it to the store. Such nice guys. Every customer was happy and taken care of.

Horrible customer service. Repeatedly saying that they will get back to us and after a week we have to contact them again about the same issues over and over. Will never recommend them or make a large purchase from them again.

Brought my snowmobile for a fairly simple repair. I was told before dropping it off it would take a week and a half to get to it two months later I picked it up untouched. To bad for them I need about 150,000 worth of equipment for a new milling operation that will not be spent there!!

46 hours on a kubota bx2680 with front mount snowblower and catastrophic failure of the pto system after set screws became loose on some bearings in the kconnect bx2811 allowing excess movement in the pto shaft that then totally came out. Took out the oil pan, mid mount pto. Servicing dealer has verified that this was due to no lock tight on the set screws indicating a clear issue with the manufacturer or the installing dealer (wallingfords). Zero help from service or the owner and have been hung up on multiple times. $8000 worth of damage due to negligence. I highly recommend not doing business here due to the unprofessional manor in which this was handled. Thanks for happily taking my money though... If I could give less than 1 star I would. This dealer is absolute trash.

Went to Wallingford's to look at tractors not knowing what i needed for my land and my uses. The salesman explained everything to me what i needed that would help me the best on my property . I did a lot of research and Kubota was what i wanted. Told the salesman no rush and explained getting parts was slowing them down , do to bad economy going on . When I got the call a few weeks ago after about 7 months somewhere in that ball park time frame . Which i was in no rush for whenever it was done i told them i was fine with that. He apologized for taken so long , told him like before no rush and was happy to go get it and start using it. Had it delivered to our cabin and the guy who delivered it was so nice and went thru everything on my tractor with me i couldn't be any happier with dealing with Wallingford"s, great people there make you feel like you are part of there family , all in all would highly recommend them , the reason i wasn't in a rush this is my retirement gift to myself early present , still got a year and a half to go . I went with the L2501 , front loader and backhoe set up , just perfect size for my land , Thanks again Wallingford for making a dream come true at age 60

I have purchased 3 Kubota tractors from Wallingford over the years. They recently came to my home to repair a front drive axle I didn't install correctly. The tech (John) was very knowledgeable and the charge for service was very reasonable! This family-owned business is very reputable, and the service is top notch.

I appreciate dealing with a business that is honest and deals with integrity. Mark makes it simple; Tell him what you need, he will tell you what he feels could meet that need, and provides a price that is reasonable. No BS, just deals forthright and honestly. I will deal with them again without question.
