My grandmother got in front end damage accident .Brought my grandmothers car there April 8 on a insurance claim. I called them April 12 to check on the progress they told me the car was being taken apart and they would order parts the next following week. So I decided to show up on the 15th to see the progress of my grandmas car, as I walked in the garage there were two guys standing there I asked them hey what's going on with my Honda Civic with front end damage they both looked at me confused. I had to then explain to them what I was talking about. Marc then proceeded to call my grandmother after I left and said I was giving his workers a hard time which is completely false. I simply asked them what was going on with my grandmothers Honda why it wasn't in the garage and why Marc told me it was already being taken apart? But it was still in the parking lot out back. But here's the kicker Marc's autobody was paid in full three weeks ago I am just at a loss for words why it is taking so long and why I keep being lied to. Today's date it now May 2. Just a little professionalism would be nice. 😊

Worst service imaginable!!!! car had a simple headlight replacement and a bracket on the bumper to be replaced along with a few scuff marks that needed paint. First they didnt use OEM parts. That made the bumper not fit correctly. Second the paint was no where near the same color as the rest of the car. 3rd they lost my key when I can to pick it up. Had to go there on 2 separate trips cause they couldnt get it right for something so simple. They gave me a rental car though. 2 week pain in the a****** Oh and to top it off Hertz rental car company didnt receive the $66 check to pay for it from Marc's auto body. Hertz ended up taking the money out of my accnt. Terrible place of business. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

In October of 2013 a repair on my new 2013 Chevy Tahoe LT was supposed to take 7-10 days. It was a replacement of a quarter panel. The panel was not totally replaced. It was cut in half and bondoed and screwed into place because it was easier even tho the contract called for replacement of the entire panel. The job took 3 weeks and exhausted my insurance rental car coverage with Enterprise Car Rental. The white paint of the repair didn't match the white paint of my new car. And the fixed window was installed poorly and the bondo seam was evident. The body shop had to guarantee the work as per its contract with my insurance company. It also had to provide a rental car. It did with Hertz which was across the street from the body shop. Hertz and Marc had an agreement. The bill went to Marc after the repair was made on my car. The new paint was acceptable as was the body work. Just now in Sept 2014 - a year later - I got charged for the auto rental since Marc Auto Body didn't pay the bill even tho Hertz agreed they had an agreement with Marc for him to pay it. That is my experience with Marc Auto Body
