Friendly atmosphere. Took three hours for an oil change and break job. Breaks were 360$ which may be a little over priced. The oil change was 62$ for synthetic so that is a fair price.

It's uniquely located within a very interesting area of town. Eclectic maybe the better word? By the way you might want to know a lot about vehicles yourself as a customer because they may actually believe you will know the specifics about your particular tires on your car just throw in that out there if you want to catch it catch it if you don't ain't no big deal buddy

They will lie to you about the car! They act like they care and they really don’t! The salesperson doesn’t know anything about the cars! She only goes by what’s told to her! When I checked the car out it smelled like it was burning oil and I was told they just changed out a Turbocharger and they had an oil spill changing only to find out only 6 months of having the car it was an engine problem the whole time & now I have to pay $900 when it’s they’re pit stop for a job that was suppose to been done before I got the car & still paying for the car! You would think they’d have a little compassion about they’re customers being that this wasn’t my first time bringing it back to them! This was the biggest mistake of my life that I’m paying for! Save your money take your time and find something that’s worth it used car or not!

Here’s my update. After paying $900 I got the car out of their pit stop Friday 4/16/2021. And not even a week but, Wednesday 4/21/2021 my engine light came on. I took my car back to the pit stop as I was told if something was to happen to it. They put the diagnostic machine on it and he knocked the code out and said it was a gas code. My engine light came back on Friday and not only that it started smoking! I took it to auto zone the next day only to get the same code of the turbo charger replacement, not only that the whole assembly! I take it up there Monday & I asked again to diagnose my car only to find out that our codes matched! If I didn’t ask to see it while he was doing it, it probably would’ve gotten knocked back out! They’re basically working around the problem that I’VE been saying from jump So NOW I have to pay 1061.00 for a NEW TURBO CHARGER THATS PROBABLY GOING TO COME FROM PULL A PART after just paying 900 last week!?!?! Especially when I’ve been saying it the whole time! No discount or anything! Please know what you’re getting yourself into. These are crooked people.

I got a car through Jake. Fist this is first. He will leave out very important information about your payments. Also they will not work with you on the pay dates. When purchasing the car he put my payment down for the 15th of every month. I repeatedly asked to change the payment date to the 20th. Which he ignored and didn't tell me the payment dates were either the 1st and the 15th. So he told me i have a 10 day grace period so it'll be no problem. What he failed to mention was that this 10 day grace period is to not shut the car off. They'll still charge late fees. Even though we already spoke about these things and i was reassured i wouldn't be penalized for the payments for up to 10 days. Not to mention the GPS in the car wasn't even in the car at purchase. They made me come back to Zachary from prairieville with my 3 kids and wait 2 hours for them to put a GPS in my car. (Yes i did miss the first appointment but my kid was throwing up all night.) Jake is a nightmare to work with. I haven't even picked up my license plate yet and i promise by the end of this week they will have it back. I personally would never step foot there again. If i could give this 0 stars i would. Absolutely awful.

they will leave out key information about your payments and payment dates. pretty much Jake will say whatever you need to hear to get you in a car. for example i repeatedly asked to move my payment date from the 15th to the 20th. Instead of telling me they only have 2 dates they have for due dates which is the 1st and the 15th. He mentioned a 10 day grace period. i almost walked out until they talked about a 10 day grace period. Its not until you tell them that you'll be lat
