I had my car at Superior Ford in Zachary / LA for an oil change service and the car was delivered back to me with dirt stains in the driver seat (Beige cloth seats). After complaining, I was asked to bring the car back. They did some cleaning, and the condition improved a bit but not satisfactory. This time, the car was delivered with dust in the dash and back seats. Poor job!

Very good job at making me a happy customer. Superior Ford is under new management from the general manager Kevin O’Brien, sales manager, Kevin Cuevas, Salesman, Karl Ott, and service manager Cynthia O’Brien, I was treated with respect by professionals. After a brief phone call they located the vehicle that I wanted at another dealership and brought it to Superior Ford . If you’re thinking of buying another vehicle, I highly recommend. Provide Superior Ford the opportunity to find it And sell it to you.

I have used this dealer for 20+ years. Recently we have brought two vehicles in for oil and filter changes and not one but both vehicles were left damaged under the hood for my husband to fix. The “mechanic” crammed the new filter in my car which caused a vacuum leak causing the car to sound like it was dying when I idled or stopped. My SUV was taken in on Friday and my AC wouldn’t blow after we left the house. The housing for the filter had magically been broken. Things have certainly changed and we won’t be back unfortunately. And hopefully they will get the massive crater in the service lot fixed for all of the expensive vehicles having to drive in it.

When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that I would have to come back because they were short handed which I understood them being short handed, but someone should have called me before I drove there. Also I was charge for service which I was not notified about. It was a plug that keeps your vehicle from leaking oil, the guy who charged me for the service informed me that the plug was too tight and it cracked, they were the ones who change my oil before changing it this time, so they were the ones who caused this problem and charge me for it. I was not please with this service at all.

We bought a new used Ford F-150 here recently. We found the truck online and when viewing at the dealership, it was just what we wanted. The sale could not have been any smoother! Our salesman, Kenneth Tate is outstanding! He really knows his product! All of the staff there is very friendly, helpful and attentive. There was no pressure whatsoever. We give them a 5 star, but the only thing is the truck only had one key. We didn’t know this until we had purchased the truck. Then we had an additional $417 outlay for a second key. I do think we shouldn’t have had to order and pay for a second key. The dealership should have absorbed this because doesn’t every car come with two keys?
Our truck is beautiful. We have purchased many new and used vehicles here and always been satisfied that is why we keep coming back. We also use the service center for our vehicle check ups.

I had a phenomenal experience buying my Ford Bronco at Ford in Zachary Louisiana! The staff was very inviting, knowledgeable, and patient. Mr. Kevin O'Brien, My salesman Jessie Gray, and Salesman Jac was awesome! The finance department also explained each portion of the finance process better than any one has ever explained. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car, truck, or SUV.

Edited to say I am changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review! In case (like me) you didn't know, Superior Ford has new ownership and new employees who are working tirelessly to gain trust and business back from locals. I would specifically like to recognize Cynthia O'Brien, the new service manager, at Superior Ford for going above and beyond to accommodate me and make my experience below right. She introduced herself on a local Facebook page in an effort to earn service business. I filled her in on my situation and she messaged me right away telling me she'd already seen my 1 star Google review and had looked into my service history to see how she could help me. Within a few days, she'd already ordered the part I needed and came to pick my car up bright and early before she'd even gone in to start her work day. I'm pleased to say this was a very pleasant experience. She was very kind and genuine from start to finish. She went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful. I am happy Superior has someone on their team who truly cares and is reaching out to make things that weren't even her problem - right. If you have had a bad experience in the past, give Cynthia the opportunity to see what she can do to to earn your trust! You'll be glad you did!
Superior contacted me about scheduling to have a recall addressed on my car. I asked if picking up from my work was an option since I work relatively close. He checked and said my work address was within radius for pickup. I scheduled and got a confirmation text. The day of my appointment, no one showed up. I texted the guy and told him no one was there yet but I had to go in to work but left my keys in my car and would send my door code upon arrival. Two days later, I got a text from him to confirm the technician finally showed up and got my recall addressed. I told him no one showed up nor did I hear from anyone until now. He apologized and said he was just informed he’d now have to change my appointment type to drop off. No thank you! I will take my business elsewhere.

They totally ruined vehicle and refused to make it right. No accountability whatsoever, no empathy, awful customer service.
