There's plenty of auto parts stores around town. But these guys/gals know their stuff. Being raised by a mechanic and working on what I own means you usually have a hard time explaining and teaching the guy behind the counter of other stores when you need a part. Not here. These guys build rapport with their customers and relate to what your working on. You can tell they have spent time turning wrenches. Prefer this store over the others in zachary.

I personally like this location. As far as all the auto parts stores available, this one for myself, is the simplest to deal with. The employees are definitely willing and eager to assist you...store is located right on main Street so easy in easy out.

never a line when you go inside.. they do acknowledge you.. not sure how feel bout black people but they do acknowledge you lady even got a cart bring truck battery out....autozone dont do that ....much

Put me on hold 4 times and all times it went to voice mail. I gave up. Great place but some of there workers just don't want to deal with the phone, this one worker will take a customer in store before dealing with a phone call trying to make an order.

I literally bought a battery and tried to return it 2 hours later and they said they couldnt take it back but I literally asked them if i could return it before i even bought it and they said yes practice what you preach please as a business
