Morgan had my iPhone up and running quickly after a SIM card failure. She also noticed our plan could be lowered a bit and gave advice on how to do it.

Morgan is the manager here and she went above and beyond to make my husband and I satisfied. We were not impressed with the store on Louisiana Avenue and needed to return a lot of accessories that were sold to use under false pretences and they took everything back. She was patient, professional, and understanding. Thank you Morgan!!!

I went to this store last week to port in 3 phone lines from other carrier to Verizon. Jay was the representative. When I saw Verizon sign on the store I thought this was a Verizon operated store (this is a third party owned and operated store). 2 phones were upgraded and one phone line was just transferred. before doing this they did not explain to me how much its going to cost except for activation fee which Verizon charges. After porting all 3 phones, Jay told me, the total today is $444. When I asked questions about details of these charges, he was rude and said, "I don't have time for this." . Then manager came. She said the charges are for taxes, set up fee and supplies. But she did not give breakup of different charges. I asked her to print me a receipt. She said she is emailing it to me. I paid the amount . Email she sent did not have any details of the charges. Even Verizon representatives could not find the charges under the account. They explained to me this is a third party store and I have to talk to them. I went to store next day and asked for the receipt. The receipt showed that they had charged $35 each for 2 chargers and $54 each for 2 glass covers for I phones (these things cost $5 and $2 each on Amazon). I returned these. When I told the manager the set up fee is not charged by Verizon store and that Jay did not explain to me the charges before doing anything, she refused to refund the set up fee which was about $40 each. So I landed up being charged $120 un necessarily . had I gone to Verizon company owned store on Ambassador Caf road I would have saved this money and would not have to suffer rude behavior of this store's employee.
Basically I feel this store does not explain the Set up fee which is substantial (about $40 per line), they are rude and sell exorbitantly expensive supplies, without explaining how much they cost.

Totalled my truck, in the process lost my $1k galaxy, and these clowns wanna charge me $30 for a replacement sim card to put in my new phone. AT&T charges nothing. Been with Verizon about 10 years, I can't get a free sim card? Bye Verizon

Morgan, Charles, and Maya all worked with me to figure out the best way to change my plan to meet my needs while adding a business line and 5G Home internet. They were patient, friendly, and professional while answering all of my questions, and while helping me set up my new iPhone and Apple Watch. They helped me get all of the accessories I needed as well. They were wonderful to work with, and they didn’t make me feel like I was a burden or taking up too much of their time.

Walked in this location to add a line to my existing business line. We were not greeted; when I made my intentions known neither one of the 2 employees sitting behind their desk bothered to get up to assist me. I would never step foot in this location again. If I could give the customer service here 0 stars I would. We currently have 7 lines with Verizon. If this is how we will be treated I will take my business elsewhere.

We went in to save a few dollars with a bundle and ended up saving a ton on new devices. They were very helpful and pointed us in the right direction for what would be best for us and our plan.
