I was so excited to find this boutique at the first of December when I was Christmas shopping for all of my grandkids. I was told if it doesn’t fit, just bring it back for exchange , no need for receipt, all they would need is my phone number. I purchased outfits for three of the four grands. Christmas for us was December 31st , waiting on all the men to make it home. First week of January my daughter tried to exchange a shirt that was too small for the littlest grand baby. They would not even consider an exchange!!! I was not told they have a 14 day return policy!!!! I was shopping the first of December. Even if we had Christmas on the correct day it would have been passed the 14 day policy. I told the young lady several times when I was trying to find each child a complete outfit, it was for Christmas. She never mentioned the return policy. Sadly to say I will never shop here again!!! Your loss, I would have been a great customer with soon to be 5 grandchildren in 2023.
