The CVS across from Brookshire in West Monroe..terrible. I buy a lot of my personal items there, terribly rude African American female employee, she has been there a long time.. CVS management must not care. I spend a lot of money at this store every month, will walk out if I see her again. Shame on CVS.

Was told Monday my prescription would be in the next day here we are 3 days later still don't have my prescription and was told I may not get it because tomorrow's Friday. I have Multiple Sclerosis this is ridiculous every month I have to go through same thing.

My Granddaughter’s prescription couldn’t be filled at a different pharmacy. They did not let us know until we showed up. I had just a few minutes before closing and called my CVS. Took me 5 minutes to walk in and pick up the prescription. This isn’t the 1st time they saved the day for my family! They have always gone above and beyond to help! Best pharmacy and customer service ever!

Have used this CVS for the past 2 years but will NEVER use again OR recommend to ANYONE!! The pharmacy has the rudest people I believe I've ever encountered in my life! I definitely do not recommend waiting for prescriptions to be filled. On 10/24/23, after Dr visit, I went to pharmacy to get meds & was told about 1 hrs time. I shopped, made purchase & waited for remaining time. Was met with nasty attitudes & after a few words exchanged, I was banned from getting meds. I reported to CVS customer service with NO results. I have changed pharmacies & will not do any kind of business with any CVS again. Not the first time had problems with these people BUT will be the LAST for sure!!

The lady in the drive thru window was extremely rude! They had forgotten something for my prescription so I went back around and tried to explain to the lady what happened and she started to catch an attitude with me and my grandmother and was screaming at us basically and telling me that was impossible when I told her, I was very nice and was trying to explain to her but she kept yelling and giving me attitude so I couldn’t even speak, I’m not the kinda person to ever write a bad review I normally just let it slide but the lady was just beyond rude to us! Someone needs to tell her how to be nice lol

I have been using CVS for the past 15 yrs and have never had the slightest issue with them, my prescriptions were always on time, the people were nice, friendly & courteous always helpful. Then all of a sudden my prescriptions started getting later and later, when I asked about the problem the women in the window said "If you don't like the way we do things here we'll throw them at you as you drive by if that's any better." Such ruddiness has gone from bad to worse, once I was driving up to the window and the lady in the window shut the window in my face, saying it was lunch time and I'd have to come back later. Every month I have to asked my Doctor to call the pharmacy and tell them to fill my monthly medication, this is getting old and very unacceptable. When I had to get my covid shot CVS wanted to put me on a two week waiting list, when I left them and went to Wal Green they gave me a shot immediately, If their was anyway I could transfer my medicines over to Wal Greens I would but my insurance prefers CVS. Such ruddiness, and don't gave a dam attitude is so uncall for, I doubt you bunch of no count cow dune even reads this but I'm gonna keep trying to have my med's move so I don't have to deal with this bunch of Yahoo's.

Pharmacy in my experience has been discriminatory and willfully hard to work with. Gone out of their way to make things hard and has actually refused legitimate service. I still smile and say hello:(

Very close to there lunch time did not want to deal with us so blew us off until after 2pm very rude and not helpful at all also guy at the window refused to check for third prescription had our clinic on the line they sent all three scripts on same paper. Went inside the lady was rude and told us they were closing in 30 minutes. Did not want to add our discount very Lazy and unfriendly... Never have this problem with our CVS in Texas .. Do better West Monroe CVS

I started coming here because of how bad the other local chain pharmacies are. Over the last few months, this pharmacy has taken a sharp nosedive.

They are horrible. Gives 1/2 prescriptions then wont refill last half. Stay on hols 20-30 minutes!

I gave 4 Stars because one of the pharm techs, Marilyn, is so nice and efficient. But one of the pharmacists was very rude and loud with me when I initially left this review. when I went in to get a prescription filled.she really embarrassed me. I’ve been using CVS for years but the experience with that pharmacist almost made me change pharmacies. I’m always happy when Marilyn is at the window when I go by to pick up a prescription because I know she knows her job very well and knows how to treat a customer.

Pharmacy is the most disorganized place I have ever seen. No matter the time of day. Refilling a nightmare!!! Same script 10 years, never get it correct.
