The absolute worst detail job, the pictures of the inside are only part of the issue. They missed spots all over the outside and when it was brought to their attention, the employee response was. I’ll let someone know. They should be ashamed of what they charge for a detail if that the best they can do.

They do an excellent job on all car care services. Had oil change, tire rotation, and deluxe wash. 2017 Tacoma looks like new. Great job, CWW!!

I have a dodge caravan that has multiple passengers in and out all the time so it can get pretty dirty but car wash west gets it clean every time. They have excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Thanks guys for your hard work!

Something came up missing in my car. I simply asked a girl if she seen it and she stated that she didn't steal anything and automatically started crying. What really makes me upset is that the manager came up to me and told me that I was accusing his employee of stealing something and made me out to be the bad person. I told him I didn't accuse her of anything, I simply asked. He said well now she's crying. Ok?? And?? What about what came up missing in my car??? Of course he "reviewed" the cameras and didn't see anything being stolen. Will never go there again. Lesson learned.

This is by far the best place to get your car washed and oil changed! The price is great, they do a great job AND the people are Amazing and make you feel like a family! I love businesses that give people a chance in recovery!! Car wash West is the best!!!!

I brought my car in to get it washed and the inside cleaned after a dealership had kept it over 8 months for repairs leaving lots cobwebs and oil/grease on the doors/leather seats. I called before I came to ask how much it would cost. They said to bring it in and they could look at it and see how much it would be. Car Wash West never gave me a price yet "cleaned" my car and charged me $150. I had to bring it back because there was still dog hair in the floorboards and the trunk was not vacuumed. They vacuumed it again including the trunk this time. When I got home, I noticed obvious cobwebs that were still in the car under the back glass and a black grease stain that was still on the fabric of the car. I just cleaned it myself because I did not want to go back a third time. This was the first and last time I will ever use Car Wash West. I was overcharged for a car just to be washed (not even waxed), inside wiped down (nothing extra or special), and vacuumed out (even the trunk).
