The Walker branch drive thru staff must be hired after being screened to make sure their teller applicants are slow, rude and grumpy. The inside staff tellers run a close second. I plan to avoid this branch so that I can have a pleasant day and not get scowled at or ignored while waiting for bad service.

Seems like everytime I need to make a deposit or withdrawal in the drive-through I'm treated as a burden. They make me feel like I'm a bother to them. They never greet you with hi how are you none of that. It's always "yes"? Then once I respond with the withdrawl amount. They don't even acknowledge that they heard you sometimes. So you will be just sitting there for 5 mins wondering ?. Then finally you hear "have a good day".

If I could choose less than 1 I would. I have been a customer since 2010. I had fantastic service for the first 8-9 years. No complaints at all. When they did the merge with Whitney that is when the problems started. Most of their long time employees who knew you by name when you came in left because they did not want to deal with the new rules Whitney came with (now I know why). They are extremely slow and really do not have a care in the world. Drive thru has gone from a five maybe ten minute wait to 20-45 minutes everytime even if there's nobody in front of you. This is unacceptable. I did not sign up for this. The Walker, LA branch went from the best branch to the worst. The manager there is a joke. New tellers every other week. What a mess, get it together.

I have been with Hancock Whitney for MANY years now. I have had complaints and positive comments to say about this financial institution over time. My biggest worry in our bank is loss of customer communication. There are no direct lines for quick questions anymore.Months ago, my husband and I were rethinking financial options and HAD to meet with someone (face to face) to take care of our business. I usually deal with HW in Walker, Louisiana. I always feel welcome into this branch. It says alot for the staff when the customer does not feel intimidated and overwhelmed by the big life decisions that are being made when they walk into the bank.In recent months, we have had to deal with HW once again. Mrs. Beverly Frazier has helped us from the beginning till the end. I have had to call and visit Mrs. Frazier with questions. When we sat down with her, we felt comfortable. Walking out the door, we felt relief. I am thankful that we still have banks that still have personal connections with the community. Please do not loose this important quality with your customers. Thank you again, Beverly!

When it comes to doing your banking as everything you're looking for easy access drive-through windows most of the time you're always going in the lobby they have checking account savings account and have everything in the bank to provide they always clean they always respectful and you as the customer they put you first I recommend Hancock Whitney to anyone who would like to have good family are native banking get your savings account checking and online banking is all in one spot Hancock Whitney now you know the Hancock Whitney is the way to go thank you very much and have a wonderful holidays from me and my family Thomas ROLLS happy holidays

Whitney Bank is a great place to bank with. Everyone is ALWAYS very friendly. However today the girl at the counter with straight dark hair was not friendly at all. She has no tact or manners. She spoke to me like I was stupid although she did not explain things clearly. She was very short with me and rude. To start she did not even greet me. I asked if her counter was open and she said what do u need. I have been with Whitney for years and used Walker location. I have NEVER had anyone working there be rude.

Had some issues that were quite unusual and while the lady at the front desk was unable to help me, the head manager went above and beyond to make certain I was made whole again. Nothing but respect for him as this was my second time having needed his assistance and both times he has come through.
