Hello TA manager: I reported the cashier at HIGHWAY:I-20 & U.S. 65, Exit 171 TA gas station. She has serious discrimination. The cashier is a thin black woman wearing glasses. She made things difficult for me when I said I would use TA points to buy a transformer. At first, I was asked to show my driver's license. After checking the driver's license, provided all of my certificates and she said that points cannot be redeemed with no reason. She has very bad attitude and ignore me. This is the first time I encountered this kind of garbage. It is a serious racial discrimination!!!!!!!! Her manager and TA management department should investigate and deal with employees like her who have a bad attitude and disrespect for consumers. She should be fired for sure! ! !!!!!!!!!!

Husband stopped in to fuel and get showers and decided to go to the Country Pride for dinner. My husband ordered a meal that included a drink, garlic bread and banana pudding and I ordered the teriyaki chicken dish. They were not busy at all yet our waitress never came to check on us to see about drink refills during the 50 minutes we sat waiting for our food. Eight other people came in after we did and all but one received their food before we did. I set my glass at the end of the table and finally got a refill when our food came out. My husband did not get garlic bread and the waitress came to our table and asked if we were ready to check out? My husband told her about everything and she said she would go get the pudding that she had to make it herself. He told her you just asked if we were ready to check out. Forget the pudding but we're not paying full price. She got an attitude and said she would take off the garlic bread. My husband approached the other lady working and asked if she was the manager? Filled her in on everything and she took our ticket and discounted it the price of my husband's meal and my drink. She mumbled a sorry about that when she brought our change. I could understand the length of time we waited for our food IF they had been busy but there was ABSOLUTELY no reason for any of what happened during our visit.

The woman behind the counter couldn’t take her face out of her phone long enough to wait on me. TERRIBLE HORRIBLE RUDE AS YOU KNOW WHAT and not the first time this has happened.
