I got helped right away. He was very very helpful. I was very needy. He took care of all my problems and was not rushed to get me out of the store and pushing me he took care of everything so I would understand excellent employee.

In and out with a brand new samsung 24 with a discount that I didn't even know about in about an hour completely set up. Pfalyn, the manager and only one there in the store was very helpful and thorough and listened to our crazy stories. Helped 3 other customers as well in that time. Best verizon experience I have had in the 17 years being a loyal customer.

I would give it no stars if that was an option. We walked inside and the girl working barley looked up from her tablet to ask us what we needed. I was there only 3 minutes because she was so into her tablet and not what we needed . I asked her if we could buy another internet box . She replied well we don't sell them here . Instead of saying we can order you one she said go to Best Buy. Horrible service with lazy people . The store was empty .
