At first I was getting ? cause I was told we were gonna have to pay to have them collect a phone that belonged to us. After expressing that to them, the young man said to his co worker "would you like to tell them the good news or should I?". She told him to go on so he told me that they did need to collect the old phone but there would be no charge and... that the new I phone 13 would be no additional charges except for taxes. My son left very happy as did I. Thanks T-mobile staff for finally reducing the expenses while it seems everything else is skyrocketing. Also thanks for kind, understanding, and quality service.

I had accidentally broke my phone and order one from insurance. It would be a couple days until my phone got at my hoise so I went to mobile in sulphur because alot of my friends at world all me good things so I go and explain what happened and they came back with a LG k30 the lady explained that its free and I wont need to bring it back that's awesome thanks so much tmobile

Better customer service, friendlier employees, better phone service.....I could go on but it's too late. we just dropped sprint/T-Mobile after 17 years. Next time maybe not have an Employee suggest to a longtime customer to go to a different provider since there was nothing else they could do to keep our phones from dropping. Bye
