Was trying to purchase sausage at the meat counter and rang the bell4 times. The guy in the back not once acknowledged me. Finally a lady came by and said let me go tell him. Still nothing. I stood there another 10 min waiting. Another young man came and I explained what was going on and he said I’ll get it for you mam. All the guy in the back had to do was come and tell me he would be with me shortly instead of totally ignoring a customer.

My wife (a 30 year customer of sulphur Kroger) went early to Kroger for lunch meat she received bad service at the deli there was people working in deli after her waiting for service she tried to call their attention but they just ignored her finally she asked if they were open. Finally they acknowledged her existence on this planet to say no they were not open this after 15 minutes they bothered to say they weren’t open. I guessed they have to be courteous only when open. She went to rouse and got the items she wanted. After 30 years she said she would never go to Kroger again

During these difficult times of the unknown virus. My husband and I visited Kroger's this morning 3/19/2020. Excellent customer service. Supplies were great also!!!! We found all we needed. All Employees were using the excellent cleaning , distancing and sanitizing . Thank you. No. I mean. A Huge thank you for Keeping our local store on the up and up through these hard times !!!!!!

It’s not Kroger that’s so bad but the Starbucks inside Kroger. They may as well close- they are ALWAYS out of the flavored syrups. If it came in on the truck today and it’s in the back... go get it!

I ordered a cake from Kroger's. When I picked it up, it was beautiful! It was a white cake with whipped icing. It tasted like a wedding cake!!
