I absolutely love UPS, especially the Gause store in Slidell where I frequent the most. The service is impeccably professional always always excellent professional friendly service. I have stopped using USPS for any of my shipping needs.

There is a DM or higher in the store. I walked to a line 9 people deep. I was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes. As a leader, he didn’t just keep talking to the store employees, he deployed them back to their stations, and personally worked the line to help us all get in and out quickly. That is leadership! The team working all had great attitudes. Everything about this visit was exactly how you want your stores running!
