They are always thorough with their work. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. When my vehicle was ready I was sent a text with a link to my vehicle report. They tell you what’s good, if your vehicle needs work (with a quote for the work), and if your vehicle is due for any routine maintenance. I noticed they also put air in all my tires without me asking. I brought my vehicle in at 7:30 and it was ready by 9:30. Great service if you ask me and it was cheaper than what you’d pay at your dealership for the same services.

Went there about a year ago for then to test an alternator my husband had just put in because I was getting a warning light to check the charge system soon after my husbands installation. I was pregnant at the time so I’d rather be safer than sorry and have professionals check my husbands work since they have better equip tools and resources. There response was, “no charge, everything looks fine to us.” Through out the last year i kept receiving notifications on my car but ignored them thinking it was fine to ignore. I had an appointment yesterday for my tires along with a 360 inspection with mention of the battery light now coming on with the charge system message and its inconsistency. After receiving the notification my car was ready I looked over the diagnostic, nowhere on there said anything about the charge system. His response was our computers read it was fine. So I left for work after picking it up the next morning, again verifying everything is fine. Tell me why my car shut down and locked up on the interstate having to pay for a tow truck, take off work, for me to replace my alternator. Is this standard? For you to test a part and your test is wrong every time I visit? Or was I not taken seriously?

i didn't have an appointment, yet walked in at 8:30am and dropped off the vehicle for an alignment and all 4'wheel balancing. received a text showing my vehicle was looked through for any further issues, then received a text once the vehicle was completed by 4 pm. Super easy and painless experience with very nice employees
