I had my Hyundai Accent 2020 stolen and days later was recovered. Didn’t know where to have it fixed as I’m not from Louisiana, gratefully a coworker of mine referred me to Phyllis who handles the office and phones, and made me feel assured that I’ll be well taken care of, and I did. They found the problems with my vehicle and got it fixed with no issues, couldn’t be any happier, kept in communication with me and answered promptly of all my concerns, highly recommend them

I had to have my door and cab corner replaced on my truck. They had my truck for only 8 days and got it looking brand new. Phyllis the office manager was amazing and super helpful. Will definitely be utilizing their services again when I’m ready to have my truck repainted. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Couldn’t be any happier with the services I received!Service: Body & Trim

They actually did the job they were under contract to do. But you forgot my center cap and no one never noticed my truck had no license plate when it arrived. Again, they did their job but not having my center cap and I was about to pull off with no license plate kinda added to my frustrations of unprofessional Copart in New Orleans East.

Scott has still not verified if he is the owner to take responsibility for damage done to my car in spite for having to have it fixed a third time. They did a kindergarten paint job they had to fix, they did not have the panels straight still after the second round and after Scott's comment "I hope they don't scratch it", it came back scratched this 3rd time straightening panels. Over $700 in damage. I am now finding out the frame or suspension is still unrepaired after complaining repeatedly that the car was pulling to the left after repairs and getting 40 MPG from 52 MPG. The supposed alignment done would have revealed this to them as it did the dealership. I was even accused of the grease all over my car they did not clean off by the female at the desk when Scott noticed it in the first return complaint. Why was there even grease on my back passenger door when the damage was in the front driver side? Because my car was full of belongings as a visitor?Service: Painting

These guys sure made a tough day a little easier for myself and my company Go RVING Ohio. We own a rental company and our brand new unit was involved in an accident one hour after picking it up in Baton Rogue. They went out of their way to make my driver feel comfortable and to do some repairs to make it road worthy enough to get it back to Ohio for body work. Then they checked in to make sure she made it home safely. These people care and really made a tough day a little easier which is exactly what I needed in the moment. Kudos to you and your team for being such good honest hard working folks who really care about people. Phylis is a gem. Tough to find many of these types of businesses anymore these days! I’m overly appreciative for everything you did, especially since my driver is also my mother-in-law. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of getting their car repaired. This is the second time my car has been in there. Honestly I wouldn’t allow anyone else to touch it. It’s a 2020 Camaro and when I got it out the shop last time it look like it did the day I bought it off the showroom floor. This time I hit a pothole and everything‘s all out of of whack. Even shifted the frame and need tires but they are right on it and I should be getting it back at the end of day today. I’m very pleased with their work and I highly recommend this place to anyone. Their prices are reasonable. The girl in the office is extremely friendly and the employees are very professional. The work they did was phenomenal. Rather you have an insurance claim or you are paying out of pocket this is the place to go. They don’t have a five star rating for nothing. I know I definitely would give them a five star rating. If I brought it there it must be the best because everything I do I make sure it’s the best and my cars are my babies so yes I will continue to bring my car is there. I already have a friend that’s bringing His car there when I pick one up. What more can I say yes yes yes this is the place to get your car back in mint conditio..???
