I ordered a Traeger grill mat on eBay from this seller. The item was picked up by UPS but then I didn’t see any movement on the tracking for 2 weeks or so. Figured it was lost, I called ups and they started an investigation. In the meantime, I got a hold of the seller (outdoor home store) to see if we could get to the bottom of this. I got a hold of a gentleman named Eric. He went out of his way to call UPS and figure out what happened to this package! Another coworker of his, Richard, was very helpful in assisting him. Long story short, UPS found the package and they overnighted it to me! Without Eric’s help, I probably would have just ended up requesting a refund! Highly recommend this company, if I lived closer, I would absolutely shop there!

Recently I placed an order through Amazon for an item that shipped from the Outdoor Home Store. Due to a change in products that Amazon has not allowed them to correct, the incorrect item shipped. I attempted to contact the seller through Amazon, but was blocked from doing so by Amazon customer service. Upon seeing the interaction in Amazon, the owner of Outdoor Home Store took extraordinary measures to contact me personally so he could correct the problem, and ship me what I had originally wanted to order!! I HIGHLY recommend doing business with this company!! They are honest, and know how to treat their customers!! Will definitely be back to shop here again! Thank you Chris!!

We went to this locally owned establishment because it was listed on Blackstone’s Website! The owner and his staff were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions! We went in there having one thing in mind and quickly realized there was a better and less expensive option that had everything we wanted and more! They had a large selection of all the accessory packs! We will be returning soon for more accessories to go along with our new 28” Culinary edition of a Blackstone!

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love going there and they are working in building there rubs and sauces which i love. You get to sample everything there with the rubs I love it.

This place has much more than grills and outdoor kitchens. I went in with a drainage issue and came out with a drainage solution. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely shop here again!

I had been looking to purchase a Napoleon grill recently and everything online said it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. But I’m not very patient. So I called up the Outdoor Home Store and they got it shipped to me in 1 week! Everyone was just super-friendly and did such a great job. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I’m sure we will be giving them more work in the future! Thanks
