We were not impressed with this company. You get what you pay for. I regret going with the cheapest auto glass company because it showed. The craftsmanship was below par. I had missing souvenirs from vacations. These guys did not take any steps to cover the interior of the vehicle. We had glass all over our seats, dash, cup holders and floor. Then they used a black glue to seal the glass and got it all over my vehicle inside and out. I asked them to save my break tag for me and they said yes but threw it out with the windshield. I found it odd that I got my truck back in 20 minutes. On my way home from the shop I noticed loud, hard air coming from the windshield. They didn’t seal the window properly. I called them and they said to come back in. I had to take off of work once again to have them try and fix my glass. All the owner did was spread that black glue in the area that was the problem. They covered my truck dash bar code with glue. I could no longer use the bar code. I got my truck back once again and the problem continued. I called and asked for a refund but was denied. This would have been the third time taking my truck there to get fixed. I took it to Clear View Glass for services without a problem. BUYER BEWARE!
This is a Response to the owner because I couldn’t figure out how to reply. You guys did below par glass work. You didn’t do anything to cover the interior of my vehicle. You broke the wire housing to the rear view mirror and placed the mirror below its designated area. I didn’t say yall stole anything. I said the items went missing. Maybe it was due to y’all’s neglect of the vehicle that the items went missing. I didn’t mention all of these things to you as I didn’t think they were that big of a deal at the time. Now I realize that with all these problems Richard’s Auto Glass was doing me a disservice. Here’s some pictures of the work Richard stands behind.

Very honest- stopped in today for a chip repair , was very quickly ready to do the job and he told me my seal I did was good , I will definitely be returning for all future auto glass needs

Richard’s Glass is THE BEST AUTO GLASS company in Slidell.
I am a small business owner myself. MoldX, LLC.
I had one of my service truck’s windshield destroyed by a fallen tree, during the recent tornado.
I was absolutely surprised, and more so, pleased, to have my windshield replaced at the price that I paid.
The cost was only lagniappe compared to the windshield I received… The windshield had an antenna within the glass. I now receive radio stations from far beyond what I used to receive.
It is nice to know that other small business owners take pride in a job well done.

Service and installation were great. Installed a new windshield in less than 30 minutes. I will return in the future should I need a new windshield. Pricing was very affordable and much lower than competitors.
