Charlie is the best USPS employee I have ever seen. Here I just want to mention one story for example. There was one time I brought several boxes without labels to the front desk. Charlie had to print the labels and deal with them one by one while there was a long line waiting there. Then one or two people didn't want to wait and went out. But Charlie called them and tried to persuade them to stay longer.Think about it, USPS is a government organization. The individual employee won't get more money or promotion just because there are few more customers. This is not his/her family business. That's probably why many USPS employees don't care and most USPS offices have consistently low rating or review.Charlie is one of very few people who cares. I am not surprised that the rating of this office is only 2.5. I am afraid that 2.5 is above the average rating of USPS rating. I am living in NYC now and people in local USPS are extremely rude. However, there do has one thing that the USPS office in NYC is better than this USPS in Shreveport. They have so many employees that lots of them have nothing to do. But here in USPS of Kings highway, I only saw Charlie during most of time. I am afraid that even for people in front desk, they have to lift something heavy sometimes. In conclusion, Charlie is great person who deserves promotion and higher salary. Local residents are so lucky to interact with such USPS employee, although I don't think this office is well operated.

I love the attendant who works at this post office. She is like that Grandmom who doesn't play because she used to be in the streets. But she loves you and only wants your good. She is always so helpful and doesn't make you feel stupid. She doesn't waste time but it feels like she is taking her time with you. She knows the answers to all your questions and I just look forward to going there because I know her demeanor is going to brighten my day. Plus I don't have to worry about making a mistake sending my package. If something goes wrong you know for sure it wasn't on her end. I have heard people being so rude to her but I have never seen her get out of pocket

Very quickly and easily with the help of the clerk I was able to ship my item where it needed to go! They took great care of me and the other customers that came in.

Dec. 18, 2020, Leaving the Kings Hwy. USPS where I had the most professional service one should experiment when visiting a post office and interacting with a USPS counter representative. This gentlemen was polite, helpful, and quick. The Christmas lines, hustle-bustle of the season, did not alter this gentleman's smile or proficiency! I will travel a few extra miles to come to USPS location where I can complete a task and leave with the same joy I walked in with! Note: yesterday I reviewed Southfield USPS where all customers, frail, elderly, or business professionals, are treated with an indescribable, unwarranted hostility.

Well I went here to mail off 27 packages. One package was heavier bc it had 2 shirts in it. Mail clerk said even though the shirts fit in the $7 flat rate envelope and it sealed he was not going to ship it bc it was too bulky. So then I had to go all the way to bossier and the two clerks there took my packages w no problem. They're nicer in bossier anyways. And that's where I'll keep my business.
