I went to Josie, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. After waiting 20 minutes on her she came in with the worst attitude ever and it did not get better throughout the appointment. I understand people have had days but taking it out on the client is never okay. I felt as though she was not communicating to me effectively about my hair’s needs and made negative comments towards me. I felt extremely insecure and belittled. This was the worst salon experience EVER! I would not recommend at all!

I don't like the way this store is set up, but that's because I couldn't find what I was looking for. It was also very hard to find help or a cash register that was open.

Unprofessional leadership in Kenya the store manager. Her unconcerned attitude and the women in the salon laissez-faire attitude. Not willing to work.

My daughter got a full color. They just didn't throw the color on. They tested the color to make sure it was going to come out right for her. It came out so beautiful. Thank you! We will be back.

Horrible... me and my best friend seen roaches crawling on the wall but we didn’t mention it to anyone,, the workers were very chatty and the lady who did my hair pulled my earring out of my ear and made me bleed she than began to dye my hair ... and when she did it dye was dripping down my back and it was cold she didn’t give me a towel and I had a white 30$ shirt on ... she was so very rude when she was done she started begging for a tip she asked me for one more that 10+ time I will never go back there ever in my life if I would go back I’m dying.

First off.... omg cleanest Jcp I've ever seen... ( Bossier literals stinks) greatest as soon as I entered, And about 5 other times while shopping... The selection was amazing. And the visual made it seem like a higher end price store but with those amazing low prices and always a bargain for my families needs!!! Please go check it out for yourself!!!

JCPenney Salon #2926 has a warm, friendly staff including their salon manager, Neda, who will provide expert knowledge & care for your hair! I love the fact that walk-ins are always welcome which fits perfectly with my busy schedule. I have been a client at this salon for years and highly recommend them for your next salon service!
