Went in to get 4 charms put on my very first James Avery bracelet and was told they only put charms on after 5pm.... ok. So I left the bracelet with them, hopefully I'll get it tomorrow. It was a beautiful store, not the warmest feeling as we entered, employee (Teresa) seemed a little off put.

Large selection. Even though it was Mother's day weekend and they were busy, employees were quick and friendly. Got just what we were looking for.

Apparently you are not permitted to speak your mind in this store....if you do the cops will be called and you will be banned for not complying with their communist ways.

Loved getting me and my girls and others gifts here until today ... I wanted to change my gold mother's love ring value of 150 for the silver one to match my daughter's and get a credit at least and the silver version ,remind you my ring cost what three of those in silver cost . I was told I could get 50 % value on a trade in ??? So I asked you mean to tell me i could end up paying more money for the silver version while also giving up the gold ? How does this even make since ,when in the past we have swapped out rings before for equal value ? I don't even know why I got gold in the first place ,but I wasn't tripping because of the past exchanges... I'm sorry but I won't step foot in another store that thinks it's fair to take 150 from me to just give me 50 buck worth if jewlery... I hope she just didn't know what she was talking about ...
