A loyal customer here! There are a few things I have an issue with this Brookshires. 1. Curbside: Everyone other than curbside patrons park in these stalls. It's a headache for true curbside customers. 2. Disorganized management: This is my 3rd encounter where the phones were not answered. That defeats the entire purpose of curbside when walking in has to be done. 3. I placed a $75 (before tax) order last night in order to redeem a coupon at 4p the next day. Hours past & it's not until after I called numerous times, with unanswered calls I had to call the store's main line just to be told I cannot use coupon because they were out of numerous items I selected. Coupon should have been honored for the run around I had to do. Just not good business. Just cancel curbside. Everything here is already behind the times. DISAPPOINTING!!!

I went here because low prices easy in and out but after waiting to get to the pump could not use pay at the pump so cashier said i had to pick an amount ( I wanted to fill my tank) said she could do nothing so i had to go elsewhere after wasting 20 minutes of my time

This store is pretty well stocked and the selection is good as well. There are two problems which do plague shopping here. First is the parking. Customers constantly park in the fire lanes and the handicapped parking WITHOUT tags or permits, forcing permitted vehicles to park far from the front. Despite having a security officer on duty, he apparently doesn't enforce parking laws. Secondly, the prices are way too high. While this issue isn't unique to this store, it does steer us to their competitors.

I've been shopping here for years. Love the sales, the gas station, the location. It's very well maintained and clean. However, there have been some times that I catch the older male buggy escorts checking out the ladies from behind as they walk the escort to their cars. It's blatantly obvious too at how unapologetic they are about it. Show some class, fellas. A quick glance is one thing, but I see y'all eyeing the lady tails all the way to their cars. Show some decency lol
