“Went to Hutchs hardware and Stephanie is truly an asset that needs to remain there. I went in for two key fobs and a copy of my van key. She informed me that she couldn't copy the key because they didn't have the machine needed to cut the key.She referred me to a place that could do it. Went to that place and found out the $320 that I paid for the 2 fobs, I could have gotten from that place for $120. I won't name the place because this post is about how lucky Hutchs is to have her as an employee.There was another customer looking for dye for cement and 3 other workers couldn't help him nor find what he needed Stephanie was able to go right to what the customer needed and assist him.The only negative experience for me was leaving and going to the other business only to find out I paid double at hutch than I would have paid if I went straight to that business first.”

“I was in need of a propane gas line. My tools were limited, and I couldn't find what size I needed. This was my third store to visit. I was approached separately by two employees who tried to help, but like me it they weren't experienced in this category. I was about to give up and leave, and then a third gentleman came to help who quickly assessed the situation. He came up with a solution. It required some labor on his part, but 6 minutes later, I was headed out the door. These guys are very busy working, so if you go by and need some help, just have patience, and I'm sure they will take care of you too.”

“I love Lowe's.I know it sounds ridiculous but I genuinely turn to this store for all my standard house, maintenance, and landscaping projects.I use Kobalt tools just because I enjoy the darker blue versus Makita's teal esque color.They don't always have prefabs I like or need to make more elaborate furniture but the basics are always around.I definitely recommend their DIY section to young renters or home owners.Thanks for good prices and an awesome selection!”
