My low tire light came on on my way to work. I drove directly to Chabill’s Tire in Mathews. I drove up at 7:30. They opened at 8:00. The workers arrive at 7:40–7:45 and opened the doors and went to work. The young lady (I sorry I didn’t get her name)(front desk service advisor maybe) helped me immediately and my truck was driven to the shop. My tire was repaired and I left within 30 minutes. Exceptional service, Extremely friendly, and a place I’ll definitely return to when I need new tires or service. 10-Star service!!!

10 star service. I brought by car in Monday afternoon for some front end repairs, Tuesday evening, the Manager called and said it was ready for pick up. She explained everything that was wrong and what was fixed clearly and thoroughly. Will be bringing my vehicles there for service from now on.

Ricky took great care of me when another shop's faulty work failed me on the way to job. He was extremely helpful in identifying the problems and explaining the previous shops mistakes. The service was professional, timely, and fairly priced. I just wish they were located closer to me - they could work on all my fleet vehicles. Thank you for helping me in a jam.

When I brought my vehicle to Lockport location Ricky told me I needed to change my front brakes a 400 plus dollar job, I waited for a very long time to get the tires changed and couldn't stay for the brake job. Ricky became very cross and threw a clipboard across the room , behaving very childlike. I just returned from Jodi a mechanic up the street from me and he called just now to tell me the brakes were fine, that he could change the brake pads but even those had a good amount of time before they really needed to be changed, so Ricky more or less was trying to take advantage and steal my hard earned money from me. BEWARE , I would stay far away from this place,
